We will not share any information given to us with any third party, it is only used for ordering and delivery purposes.  

Important Information

 

  • Coffee Cat Products are hand made and hand painted, we try at all times to keep a complete stock of items, but if we do not have the item you order, it can take up to 3 weeks to complete.  (normally it will take 1 or 2 weeks)

 

We are only able to take orders for the lower 48 States in the US at the present time.

  • Orders will normally ship in 1 to 3 weeks depending on inventory.
  • During the Christmas Holiday season, orders placed after Dec 12th cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.  It is best to call for available stock during this time.
  • Credit Cards will not be charged until the product ships.
  • Order may be cancelled any time before shipment.
  • Items may be returned after shipment, at the purchasers expense and full refund for initial purchase will be made upon receiving the items undamaged.
  • Items that arrive to purchaser damaged should be kept with the shipping carton and Coffee Cat Pottery should be notified immediately of damage and we will replace the damaged goods free of charge.
  • All orders will be sent FedEx unless otherwise specified.
  • If you do not wish to place an order on line, call 714-639-4196 Monday thru Saturday,  9:00AM to 7:00PM PDT.
  • After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email from myorder@coffeecats.com and when your item ships you will receive an email from trackingupdates@fedex.com with a tracking number.
